RF - RADIO FREQUENCY PROBES

RF Test Probes are designed and manufactured for high-frequency signal transfer from the application – target connector type to contact in manufacturing environment – to the analyzer (Test System). RF probes comes with standard and custom made RF Cable Assemblies in order to provide complete mechanical solution to our customers.

All components used in these special series of probes are made of highest quality and perfect gold plating, in order to reduce the loss of signal transfer and to keep them exchangeable. This ensures user friendly maintenance and easy design and installations into RF Fixtures and Test Modules with requirements of Radio-Frequency measurements.

Inner Plunger

Most RF Probes have an exchangeable inner plunger with various Tips, in order to fulfill most application connecting requirements without compromise.

Typical RF Probes goes up to 6 GHz at 50 Ohm impedance, but many special solutions we offer can go up to much higher.Both Signal and Grounding plungers are spring loaded and thefore offer ideal solution for testing applications in mass production as well as in Lab environment.
