This succesful application uses rotating type LEDProbes with square type plastic cups. Square shaped holes were milled out from industrial plastic in order to fix them in required angles.
As a result of this approach all LEDProbes with squared tip succesfully covered LED DUT’s of different angles and performed all application requirements in mass production
